Tim's biography

Attorney Timothy A. Woessner was born and raised in Byron, Minnesota. Upon graduating from law school, Tim returned to southeastern Minnesota to begin his career in the law. After practicing with a firm in Rochester, Tim joined Weber, Leth & Woessner, PLC in 2013. He was made a full partner in 2015.

Tim specializes in a number of practice areas including administrative law, including defending individuals who have lost their professional license after being accused of maltreatment; family law, including marital dissolutions, custody disputes, child support and adoptions; personal injury; commercial litigation, including contract disputes; and criminal law.

In addition to his practice with Weber, Leth & Woessner, PLC, Tim enjoys volunteering in the community. He has acted as a volunteer attorney with Legal Assistance of Olmsted County by donating legal services to indigent clients including providing services at free legal clinics offered in Dodge County. He is currently an active member of the Kasson Lion’s Club. He serves as a member of the Dodge Center Library Foundation and the Dodge Center E.D.A. He previously served on the Board of Directors for Legal Assistance of Olmsted County as well as the Rochester Public School Foundation.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and golden retriever, traveling, including frequent trips to Minnesota’s north shore to hike, camping, and studying history.
